The Sardar Patel College Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) for 2024 has been constituted as mandated under the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (PoSH Act), along with the University Grants Commission (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal of Sexual Harassment of Women Employees and Students in Higher Educational Institutions) Regulations, 2015 (UGC Regulations).

The committee is formed in accordance with PoSH guidelines, which require the ICC to have three to four members, with at least half of them being women. Additionally, one member must be from a non-governmental organization or an association committed to the cause of women. Sardar Patel College is dedicated to creating a healthy working environment that enables employees and students to work without fear of prejudice, gender bias, and harassment.
