OBC Cell

The aim of the committee is to assist the students who belong to Other Backward Communities (OBC) through encouraging students for good academic performance and receiving financial assistance from the government. The cell also monitors the structure implementation of reservation policy as per UGC guidelines.

Roles and Responsibilities of OBC Committe

• The OBC Cell is committed to solve the problems of OBC students.
• The committee will collect data of all the OBC students and ensure that they have applied for OBC scholarship.
• To counsel and guide OBC students about various issues and help them to manage academics.
• The cell is always ready to involve in the issues faced by OBC students and try its best to resolve them

Objectives

• To promote and encourage students belonging to OBC towards their academics.
• To monitor the implementation of reservation policy in the institution.
